Office and Payment Window Hours:
The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, except

A drop box for payments is available 24 hours a day.
Handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility are services available
on the west side of the main office building. To access these
services, enter through the alley.
Contact the local office for electric, water and sanitary sewer
services, electrical and plumbing inspections and assignment of
new addresses in the Auburn zoning limits. BPW is a municipal
utility system providing electric power to the city of Auburn,
the villages of Brownville, Johnson and Nemaha, and rural areas
in Johnson, Nemaha and Richardson counties.
City water: All usage except fire protection is metered. Meters
are read monthly.
Wastewater department: BPW operates the wastewater system.
