To say the Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca fall sports teams had success would be an understatement. Volleyball made state. Football advanced to the third round of the playoffs for the first time in school history. The girls’ golf team made state. The softball team made state. The boys’ cross country team made state and the girls’ cross country team qualified its only two members as individuals.
