Track and Field Results

Past season notes

2006-07 The Hamburg boys' team competed in a new event, the shuttle hurdle relay. Top four finishes were the order of the year for the girls, as Hamburg never finished lower than fourth at any meet and was second at the Corner Conference event.

2005-06 The Hamburg boys finished fifth or above in six of eight meets. A strong finish at districts highlighted the girls' year. The girls' team finished two points from fourth at the district meet.

2004-05 The Hamburg boys took first at the Sidney's Cowboy Relays. Other meet finishes included second at home in the Bob Weber Relays, and third place at Malvern, Stanton, Essex and the Corner Conference meet. The highlight for the girls' team was a 30-medal fourth place finish at the Sidney meet.

2003-04 Alex Hollingsworth took second in the discus at the Bob Weber Relays and was a member of the 800 meter relay team, which finished first. The Hamburg girls' team recorded finishes near the top of most meets in the 2003-04 season.

2002-03 Josh Hayes set records for the long jump, 21'1", and 400 meters, 51.09. Hayes won the long jump at Hamburg's home meet and the Wildcats placed second as a team. Allison Stockstell was a consistent placer in the 1500 and 3000. She went to state in the 1500 and set a school record for the event by 35 seconds with a 5:10 at districts.
